Urgensi Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam Pengembangan Kebijakan e-Government di Indonesia

The aim of this article is to identify Urgency the Law Privacy Data Protection in Developing E-Government Policy Indonesia. This Research focused on important effect policy e-Government development. problem analized with theory corcening e-Government, trust dimension and Protection. data collected based desk study will be analyzed by Qualitative methods. Article conclude that there an urgency law privacy protection increase public participation system. Regulation already applied not enough guarantee only become preventive tools because regulation has been able give penal sanction suspect illegally used parties neglect protect protection. Therefore, Central Government need enacted immidiatelly implementation e-Government.
